We’re currently looking for a Regional Staff to join our Representative Office in West Kalimantan and support our team in administrative, operational, and stakeholder-facing activities.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting office operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that administrative and reporting processes are handled accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Maintain and update data and information at the IDX Representative Office to ensure accuracy and availability.</li>

	<li>Melengkapi data aplikasi pembiayaan dan dokumen pendukungnya, termasuk melakukan konfirmasi melalui telepon, proses data entry, inisiasi, dan scan dokumen ke docushare untuk menunjang proses analisa kredit yang cepat dan akurat.</li>
	<li>Memonitor status aplikasi pembiayaan untuk memastikan proses persetujuan kredit mencapai target SLA yang ditetapkan.</li>

	<li>Memonitor status aplikasi backlog untuk mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan.</li>
	<li>Memonitor pembiayaan selama 5 angsuran pertama dan bekerjasama dengan fungsi AR management dalam menyelesaikan account F5PD untuk memastikan agar pelanggan yang telah jatuh tempo memenuhi kewajibannya.</li>
	<li>Menjalankan aktivitas penunjang penjualan (mendukung pameran, show room event, dll) untuk meningkatkan pencapaian sales target.</li>
	<li>Membina hubungan baik dengan dealer untuk meningkatkan pencapaian sales target.</li>
	<li>Memonitor produktivitas, kualitas proses dan hasil proses sales untuk mencapai target performance yang ditetapkan.</li>
	<li>Memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dan/atau rekan kerja sesuai dengan standar service perusahaan sebagai bagian dari pekerjaan untuk mendukung terciptanya budaya service perusahaan.</li>
