Position Overview 
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and dedicated to delivering outstanding service throughout the customer application journey.

 

Key Responsibilities 
 
Customer Engagement

	<li>Promote BillEase financing solutions directly to customers in partner retail stores.</li>
	<li>Explain product offerings clearly, including loan terms, installment options, and payment processes.</li>
	<li>Provide face-to-face assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>
</ul>

Loan Application Support

<ul>
	<li>Assist customers in creating and processing BillEase accounts.</li>
	<li>Guide clients through the loan application process step by step.</li>
	<li>Verify customer requirements and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
</ul>

Sales &amp; Performance

<ul>
	<li>Achieve assigned sales and performance targets by converting customer interest into successful applications.</li>
	<li>Build strong relationships with partner merchants and customers to encourage repeat usage.</li>
	<li>Represent the BillEase brand professionally in all interactions.</li>
</ul>

Compliance &amp; Reporting

<ul>
	<li>Ensure accurate documentation of customer details and transactions.</li>
	<li>Report daily activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to supervisors.</li>
	<li>Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities</li>

Our Cyberbacker team will work round the clock providing 24/7 services to small, mid, and large sized businesses and busy professionals and entrepreneurs, helping to complete time-intensive tasks such as appointment setter, marketing sales staff, researcher and document creation which in turn helps you to concentrate on the important part of your business.

Responsibilities:

	<li>Call and engage leads to schedule appointments with clients</li>
	<li>Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects until appointments are set</li>
	<li>Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential clients</li>
	<li>Follow scripts to deliver value and handle objections effectively</li>
	<li>Update CRM with accurate and timely client interaction details</li>
	<li>Coordinate and manage appointment calendars</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Persuasive communicator who thrives on building connections</li>
	<li>Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)</li>
	<li>Confident in phone calls and comfortable using call scripts</li>
	<li>Strong customer service mindset with active listening skills</li>

	<li>RAM: At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available</li>

	<li>Stable internet connection of at least 10 MBPS</li>
