		<li>Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules</li>
		<li>Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and other executive documents</li>
		<li>Screen, prioritize, and coordinate incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests</li>
		<li>Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items,and ensure timely completion of executive priorities</li>
		<li>Handle confidential information, records, and documents with the highest level of discretion</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Administrative &amp; Office Management
	<ul>
		<li>Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment</li>
		<li>Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, building management, and utility services</li>
		<li>Monitor office supplies, pantry items, company assets, and office equipment, and coordinate procurement, inventory, maintenance, and repairs</li>
		<li>Maintain organized records of permits, licenses, contracts, insurance, and other company documents</li>
		<li>Coordinate meetings, trainings, company events, visitor management, and other administrative activities</li>
		<li>Liaise with vendors, service providers, government agencies, and external partners regarding administrative requirements</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Operational Support
	<ul>
		<li>Assist management in monitoring projects, departmental initiatives, and operational action plans</li>
		<li>Prepare reports, trackers, and status updates for management review and decision-making</li>
		<li>Support process improvement initiatives by identifying administrative efficiencies and recommending enhancements</li>
		<li>Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of executive directives and company initiatives</li>
		<li>Perform other executive, administrative, and operational duties assigned by the management</li>

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Sales Coordination

	<ul>
		<li>Assist the Sales Team throughout the sales process, from client inquiry to after-sales coordination</li>
		<li>Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, presentations, price lists, and promotional materials</li>
		<li>Coordinate with buyers, sellers, brokers, and internal departments regarding client requirements and transaction updates</li>
		<li>Monitor sales transactions, inventory availability, reservations, and client records</li>
		<li>Prepare transmittals and ensure timely endorsement of documents to the Documentation and Accounting Departments</li>
		<li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries</li>
		<li>Coordinate site trippings, client meetings, project presentations, and sales events</li>
		<li>Provide prompt and professional assistance to client inquiries</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Marketing
	<ul>
		<li>Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns for the company’s real estate projects</li>
		<li>Maintain and manage the company’s social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content</li>
		<li>Develop marketing materials including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and promotional content</li>
		<li>Write captions, advertisements, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing communications</li>
		<li>Coordinate photo and video shoots for project developments, turnover units, company events, and promotional activities</li>
		<li>Assist in organizing open houses, project launches, property fairs, broker events, and other marketing initiatives</li>
		<li>Monitor social media performance, lead generation activities, and marketing campaign results, and prepare reports</li>
		<li>Maintain digital marketing assets, content libraries, and promotional materials</li>
		<li>Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s branding standards</li>
		<li>Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to recommend marketing improvements</li>

	<li>Administrative
	<ul>
		<li>Maintain organized records of sales, marketing, and client documents</li>
		<li>Coordinate procurement of marketing materials and event requirements</li>
