Job Purpose

Established in 1972, WF Supplies has been servicing the fit-out and construction industry for over 50 years, growing to more than 5,800 key stock lines dispatched to sites nationwide. This role supports our UK sales team remotely — helping account managers stay on top of customer follow-ups, orders, and enquiries so nothing falls through the cracks. It's a great entry point into a fast-growing UK company, with room to take on more as you settle in.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on outstanding customer quotes by phone and email to help drive conversions

Process and track customer orders and quotes in our CRM

Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and the sales inbox

Log customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM

Provide customers with order and delivery status updates, liaising with the UK team on anything that needs escalating

Handle routine admin tasks — invoice copies, proof of delivery, product data sheets

Support outbound calling for new business outreach and account reactivation as you build confidence in the role

Working Hours

Evening shift, approx. 5:00pm–1:00am Philippine time, to overlap with UK business hours.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English, confident on the phone with UK customers

Previous sales support, customer service, or appointment-setting experience (UK/US/Australian company experience a plus)

Comfortable using CRM systems (training provided) and Excel/Google Sheets

Reliable high-speed home internet and own PC/laptop

Dedicated, stable home workspace to work from (not moving between locations/cafes) — quiet enough for calls, no shared/public wifi

Strong attention to detail, proactive and solution-focused

Self-motivated, able to work independently on evening shift with minimal supervision
