In 1999, Oriental Sheet Piling (OSP) joined forces in a strategic alliance with the European ARBED (now ArcelorMittal), the world’s largest supplier of steel foundation solutions. We become their sole distribution unit within Asia for steel sheet piles.

We combined the technical know-how of ArcelorMittal with our own local in-depth expertise in construction and engineering fields. We deliver stellar services from project planning, application and optimisation, all the way to project completion. Our goal is to captain the foundation steel industry in Asia with industry-leading support and resources.

Oriental SP Inc.

1. Warehouse Oversight &amp; Inventory Control

<ul>
	<li>Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.</li>
	<li>Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and proper documentation of all stock movements.</li>
	<li>Conduct regular stock checks and support stock reconciliation activities.</li>
	<li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of sheet piling, steel materials, and related equipment.</li>
	<li>Coordinate warehouse activities with transporters and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.</li>
</ul>

2. Operations &amp; Administrative Support

<ul>
	<li>Provide administrative support to operations, including preparation of delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and inventory records.</li>
	<li>Assist the Operations Executive in coordinating materials movement for project and site requirements.</li>
	<li>Prepare basic operational and warehouse reports for management review.</li>
	<li>Support procurement, finance, and operations teams with documentation and coordination tasks.</li>
	<li>Assist in tracking operational schedules and follow up on outstanding actions.</li>

3. Compliance, Safety &amp; Housekeeping

<ul>
	<li>Ensure warehouse operations follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and local regulations.</li>
	<li>Maintain a safe, organized, and well-kept warehouse environment.</li>
	<li>Report damages, losses, incidents, or operational issues in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>

4. Coordination &amp; Support

<ul>
	<li>Act as a key point of contact between warehouse, operations, and site teams.</li>
	<li>Support audits, inspections, and stock takes when required.</li>
	<li>Carry out other operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Operations Executive.</li>

Responsibilities

	<li>Prepare full set accounts;</li>
	<li>Prepare accurate management accounts and financial accounts;</li>
	<li>Fixed Asset registration;</li>
	<li>Perform month end closing of accounts and meet reporting deadlines;</li>
	<li>Participate in preparation of budgets, forecasts, monthly estimates and accounting reports;</li>
	<li>Processing and submission of finance &amp; HR monthly related statutory;</li>
	<li>Prepare year-end statutory audit and compliances;</li>
	<li>Any related finance reporting and analysis;</li>
	<li>Involve in excuting operational duties include order to cash processing;</li>
	<li>Work closely with Country Head to achieve company Budget and business controlling.</li>
