● Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding returns and refunds.

● Review the circumstances of return/refund requests and determine the appropriate action based on company policy and marketplace rules.

● Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment team when returned products need to be checked or validated.

● Process or escalate refund and return cases when necessary.

● Monitor unresolved return and refund cases until completion.

Inventory &amp; Marketplace Management

● Assist in updating stock availability and product listings when needed.

● Monitor marketplace inventory and flag potential stock discrepancies.

● Maintain accurate and organized order and inventory records.

● Assist in identifying recurring marketplace issues that may affect fulfillment or customer experience.

Reporting &amp; Documentation

● Assist in generating simple reports related to:

○ Marketplace orders

○ Returns and refunds

○ Claims and disputes

○ Customer concerns

○ Delivery issues

● Maintain accurate documentation of marketplace transactions and customer cases.

● Report recurring issues or operational concerns to the appropriate team or manager.

The General Accounting Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support in operation and maintenance of the organization’s financial records (general ledger). S/He is accountable for creating journal entries and assembling supporting documentation, as well as for tracking the contents of accounts. S/He primarily provides support for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, and other responsibilities.

Summary

	<li>Prepare monthly journal entries and adjustments, including supporting documentation and appropriate descriptions</li>
	<li>Ensure the balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled to supporting documentation</li>
	<li>Ensure on-time filing and submission of BIR Tax payments which includes withholding taxes, VAT and income taxes</li>
	<li>Performs timely recording and maintenance of BIR applications: Alphalist Data Entry and VAT relief</li>
	<li>Prepares and validates e-submission reports monthly</li>
	<li>Processing of requests for payment.</li>
	<li>Prepares Check and secures releasing</li>

The BTL &amp; Activation Specialist supports the sourcing, costing, and execution of BTL activations, events, and other on-ground marketing activities.

The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and managing reliable suppliers, production partners, venues, manpower providers, fabricators, and other service providers needed for successful campaign execution. The position works closely with Account Management, Creative, Finance, and Operations to translate campaign requirements into practical and cost-effective solutions.

Summary

Supplier &amp; Partner Management

	<li>Source, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers and production partners for BTL and on-ground activations.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a supplier database and strong vendor relationships.</li>
	<li>Assess supplier capabilities, pricing, quality, reliability, and capacity.</li>
	<li>Monitor supplier performance and negotiate competitive rates, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.</li>
</ul>

BTL &amp; Activation Sourcing &amp; Costing

<ul>
	<li>Source suppliers, venues, manpower, and production solutions based on campaign requirements and client briefs.</li>
	<li>Support sourcing for brand activations, roadshows, mall/retail activations, trade events, sampling, product launches, exhibitions/booths, pop-ups, experiential marketing, POSM, logistics, and production.</li>
	<li>Scout and recommend suitable suppliers, venues, fabricators, and manpower providers.</li>
	<li>Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations and prepare cost estimates.</li>
	<li>Support proposal and budget development with Account Management and Operations.</li>
	<li>Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and campaign requirements.</li>
	<li>Provide cost comparisons, recommendations, and identify potential risks or hidden costs.</li>
	<li>Help monitor project costs against approved budgets.</li>

Activation &amp; Production Execution

<ul>
	<li>Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams from pre-production to project completion.</li>
	<li>Ensure suppliers understand project requirements, timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.</li>
	<li>Coordinate production schedules, installations, dismantling, logistics, and other pre-production requirements.</li>
	<li>Support site visits, supplier meetings, and on-ground execution when needed.</li>
	<li>Help ensure campaign materials, equipment, and manpower are ready for execution.</li>

Procurement, Documentation &amp; Compliance

	<li>Follow company procurement, production, and financial policies and procedures.</li>
	<li>Manage supplier-related documentation, including quotations, canvass documents, POs, contracts, delivery documents, and other records.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate and updated supplier and pricing databases.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Finance on billing, invoices, payments, and supporting documents.</li>
	<li>Ensure documentation is complete and properly filed for audit and BIR requirements.</li>
	<li>Understand campaign objectives, requirements, and commercial considerations.</li>
	<li>Work closely with Account Management, Creative, Operations, and Finance to deliver project requirements.</li>
	<li>Provide recommendations on suppliers, production methods, materials, timelines, and costs.</li>
	<li>Support campaign planning, supplier briefings, production meetings, and post-project evaluations.</li>
	<li>Help develop supplier packages, production standards, and cost benchmarks.</li>
	<li>Ensure suppliers and production partners meet agreed commercial, quality, safety, and ethical standards.</li>
