Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

Production Oversight

	<li>Oversee all phases of video production, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring high-quality output.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with producers, directors, editors, and other professionals to bring concepts to life.</li>
	<li>Provide on-set direction to ensure visuals, audio, and performance meet project standards.</li>
</ul>

Performance Analysis and Optimization

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.</li>
	<li>Use data-driven insights to enhance creative approaches and improve future campaigns.</li>
