Customer Relations Officer

The Content Specialist plays a key role in driving the success of our e-commerce business across leading platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, and our brand website. This dynamic role combines content management, digital merchandising, and sales support to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will ensure that product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign content are accurate, compelling, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion. In addition, this position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory availability, support high-impact online campaigns, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. 1. Product Content Management

<ul>
	<li>Create, upload, and maintain product listings on online marketplace platforms.</li>
	<li>Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and specifications) are complete, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.</li>
	<li>Optimize content for visibility and searchability within each marketplace (SEO best practices).</li>
</ul>

2. Pricing and Promotion Accuracy

<ul>
	<li>Ensure product pricing and discount structures are correctly reflected across platforms.</li>
	<li>Regularly audit online listings to confirm accuracy in SRP, promo prices, and bundle deals.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with the MPCD Heads, Ecomm and Marketing teams to implement approved price changes or campaign setups.</li>

3. Campaign and Deal Enrollment

	<li>Enroll eligible products in marketplace campaigns, flash sales and promotional events based on business priorities.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Ecomm Team for campaign schedules, guidelines, and approvals</li>
</ul>

4. Inventory and Replenishment Support

	<li>Monitor product availability and coordinate with the MPC Analyst and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.</li>
	<li>Tag or update out-of-stock and restock notifications in marketplaces.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate stock visibility across all platforms to prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.</li>

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

	<li>Generate regular reports on product listing accuracy</li>
	<li>Identify gaps or opportunities in content, pricing, and product visibility.</li>
	<li>Recommend improvements to enhance conversion and customer experience.</li>

	<li>Auditing Promotional Activities

		<li>Audit vouchers, free shipping discounts, and gift-with-purchase promos across e-commerce platforms and Seller Center.</li>
		<li>Verify voucher claim periods, discount amounts, minimum basket prices (order value), and usage quantity limits.</li>
		<li>Review usage quantity limits for gift rule promos, product promos, and promo durations against established criteria.</li>
		<li>Validate minimum spend requirements and ensure compliance with promotional terms.</li>

	<li>Product and Store Audits

		<li>Conduct audits of online stores on Seller Center, including SKU management, product images, pricing accuracy, collection organization, and product descriptions.</li>
		<li>Harmonize system codes and provide additional instructions for auditing Shopify Global.</li>

	<li>Financial Audits and Reporting

		<li>Perform bank reconciliations.</li>
		<li>Audit weekly sales reports, credit notices, debit records, and bank statements for accuracy and completeness.</li>

	<li>Operational Audits and Compliance

		<li>Audit cash transactions, including cash sales deposit slips, official receipts, and sales invoices.</li>
		<li>Conduct physical store visits to ensure compliance with operational procedures and identify areas for improvement.</li>
		<li>Reconcile cash deposit slips with bank statements.</li>
		<li>Oversee petty cash fund replenishment and verify official receipts for purchases.</li>
