	<li>Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.</li>
	<li>Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of all bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.</li>
	<li>Compliance and Audits - Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, PEZA, and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes.</li>
	<li>Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.</li>

What you'll do:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will help manage all forms of financial accounts within Monde Nissin. You'll keep accurate records of our accounts payable/ accounts receivable, ensuring that invoices are paid where necessary, and that clients pay invoices as required. You will prepare and analyze accounting records and other financial reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and conformance to BIR and Accounting guidelines; You'll also conduct accounting/financial analysis as needed. You may be assigned to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables.
