	<li>Maintain a well-organized and accessible record of General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices, contracts, change orders, and related documents.</li>
	<li>Continuously monitor project expenditures, comparing them to the budget and identifying any cost overruns or discrepancies.</li>
	<li>Analyze budget variances to understand the reasons behind cost overruns or savings.</li>
	<li>Maintain and organize project documents, including drawings, blueprints, specifications, contracts, and permits.</li>
	<li>Monitor progress against project timelines and assist in adjusting schedules as needed.</li>
	<li>Handles estimate, proposals, and quotation for value engineering works.</li>

Office Engineer

	<li>Verify land titles, deeds, ownership history, encumbrances, and potential legal disputes.</li>

	<li>Assess zoning restrictions, environmental regulations, and land-use policies.</li>

	<li>Conduct due diligence, including land title verification, zoning assessments, and feasibility studies.</li>
