Alveo Land’s target market, in general, are those individuals belonging to the AA through lower A socio-economic brackets with a monthly household income of PH₱200k to PH₱500k (US$3.9k to US$9.7k). 

They are upscale urban achievers, single or married, and in their 30s to 50s. They should be able to afford a monthly amortization
of around PH₱75k (US$1.4k) per month for a typical Alveo product. They are usually young to mid-aged aspiring married couples, at the progressive stages of their careers or entrepreneurial business life. Their life stage could be defined as “early to full-nester”
with children in primary or secondary school. They are an upwardly mobile group whose lives revolve around their family and work, who value good careers and social prospects, and who are imageconscious, yet practical in their investments. Real estate purchases are considered very carefully, and image coupled with good investment value and value for money is a primary consideration.
