Web Designers are people who are both creative and technically inclined—and use both attributes to create new designs/redesigns for websites.

Web Designers should also have the ability to understand what is needed to make a website functional and easy to use while having the skill to create a design aesthetically appealing to the client and end-user.

	<li>Participates in design and production of multimedia campaigns and assisting with such responsibilities.</li>
	<li>Designs graphics, animation assets, and content for use in presentations, multimedia programs, web sites, emails, and other electronic media. </li>
	<li>Brainstorms visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team. </li>
	<li>Communicates with Senior Graphic Artist to determine the scope of a project.</li>
	<li>Ideates, curates, and executes the artistic direction of branding or graphic design projects. </li>
	<li>Plans concepts by studying information and materials.</li>
	<li>Collaborates with PINO’s designers to come up with ideas that reimagine the Philippine landscape. </li>
	<li>Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.</li>
	<li>Works intimately with PINO’s designers and partners to come up with great brand narratives and presentations.</li>
	<li>Develops visual brand concepts for client briefs.</li>
	<li>Conceptualizes and executes brand design, content creation and communication design.</li>
	<li>Participates in design and production of multimedia campaigns and assisting with such responsibilities.</li>
	<li>Uses drawing, painting, sketching, photography skills to produce illustrations.</li>
	<li>Develops graphics for print ads, in-store collateral, product illustrations, logos, websites, and other collaterals as necessary.</li>
	<li>Illustrates concept by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.</li>
	<li>Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.</li>
	<li>Ensures that all finished work must adhere to the company or client brand kit, theme colors, and visual style.</li>
	<li>Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.</li>
	<li>Proofreads output to produce accurate and high-quality work.</li>
	<li>Reviews final production for errors before printing or publishing them.</li>
	<li>Works in collaboration with outside agencies, printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.</li>
	<li>Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.</li>
	<li>Maintains latest knowledge with design software and technologies including but not limited to Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver.</li>
	<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li>
