OPS FURNITURE MANUFACTURING CORP

	<li>Prepare, review, and maintain accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, vouchers, and ledgers.</li>
	<li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including billing, collections, and disbursements</li>
	<li>Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.</li>
	<li>File tax compliance requirements, including preparation, submission, and payment of VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other statutory taxes.</li>
	<li>Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations; ensure company compliance with BIR and other government agencies.</li>
	<li>Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staff in recording transactions and preparing reports.</li>
	<li>Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and other financial records.</li>
	<li>Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.</li>
	<li>Support external and internal audit processes by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.</li>
	<li>Maintain and update accounting systems and records (ERP/accounting software).</li>
	<li>Monitor cash flow, review expense reports, and process reimbursements.</li>
	<li>Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents.</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit required accounting reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to management and the General Manager (e.g., financial statements, cash flow reports, expense analyses, and other relevant summaries).</li>
	<li>Assist management in financial planning, investment analysis, and budget monitoring.</li>
	<li>Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.</li>
