	<li>Receives invoices from Purchasing Clerk and match the same with the corresponding Purchase Orders;</li>
	<li>Generates Receiving Report (RR) for each of the invoices received and hand over to Purchasing Clerk for routing to the end-users for signature approval;</li>
	<li>Once approved RR is received, processes the Order for a Check (OC);</li>
	<li>Reviews accuracy of the OC and the completeness of attachments which shall include the PO package;</li>
	<li>Stamps the OC number and forwards to the Purchasing Officer, who will then review and endorse the PO package to the CPO Director for approval;</li>
	<li>Upon approval of CPO Director, photocopies all pertinent copies for CPO file; and,</li>
	<li>Forwards OC package to Purchasing Clerk for submission to Central Accounting Office.</li>

III. Other duties and responsibilities

	<li>Prepare report for Min bus trip charges for proper charging.</li>

Warehouse and Purchasing Assistant

Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities: 

Under the supervision of the Director, the Campus Minister plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates the different Campus Ministry formation programs and activities headed by the Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

I. Spiritual Formation 

<ul>
	<li>Designs, promotes, facilitates and implements spiritual formation programs, particularly, but not limited to, recollections and retreats in line with the Office mission and goals</li>
	<li>Recruits and orients pool of facilitators and staffers </li>
	<li>Provides individual or group spiritual accompaniment and guidance </li>
	<li>Serves as Liturgical Minister in institutional masses and weekly liturgies </li>
	<li>Provides ministry in the Office’s social media and radio station by posting information materials and conducting radio programs </li>
	<li>Acts as moderator/adviser to different groups in the Loyola Campus upon request and approval of the Director </li>

II. Administrative Support 

<ul>
	<li>Prepares semestral and annual reports, budget, presentations and other documents for respective programs in consultation with concerned persons and/or teams </li>

Campus Minister for College

Main Duties and Responsibilities (with estimated percentage of time allotment)

	<li>Marketing &amp; Public Relations (Communication) (65%)

		<li>Spearheads the development and implementation of the Marketing and Communications Plan including strategies, goals and budgets, for internal and external stakeholders as well as potential supporters and volunteers with the objective of raising awareness and funds for Pathways;</li>
		<li>Develops media relations strategy, seeking high engagement and visibility placements in print, broadcast, and online media;</li>
		<li>Manages inquiries and all public relations activities
		<ol>
			<li>Pitches stories to the media, prepare media kits, prepares press releases;</li>
			<li>Responds to basic queries about Pathways and its programs like questions related to donations and ways to volunteer (e.g. via emial, FB, etc.); also refers more detailed queries to the proper Pathways officer/s;</li>

			<li>Organizes multi-stakeholder gatherings such as but not limited to: Education Partner’s Luncheon, Coordinators’ Conventions, Thanksgiving lunches and dinners, other assemblies;</li>

Program Officer for Institutional Relations

Under the supervision of the Director of the Campus Ministry Office, the Administrative Assistant VI assists in the day-to-day operations of the Office of Campus Ministry by providing administrative, logistical, financial management support to ensure the smooth run of the spiritual programs and activities. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

I. Frontline Duties and Administrative Support 

<ul>
	<li>Attends to office communications (incoming and outgoing) letters, memos, mails, emails 
	<ul>
		<li>Prepares and files copies of outgoing correspondences and ensures that they are addressed/distributed (especially confidential documents) to intended recipients in a prompt and efficient manner</li>

	<li>Oversees and manages the calendar, meeting, and appointment schedules of the Director</li>
	<li>Handles coordinator and logistical support requirements for meetings
	<ul>
		<li>Prepares materials, reserves venues, and orders food for meetings headed/organized by the Office</li>
		<li>Coordinates arrangements for guests of the Office (e.g. parking slots, entry, egress, etc.)</li>

	<li>Prepares and processes all financial-related transactions for the implementation of the different spiritual programs and activities, with the approval of the Director
