Unlike a traditional development role, this position focuses on the robust administration of our network architecture, POS systems, and cybersecurity framework. You will be the backbone of our retail technology, ensuring seamless connectivity between our headquarters and our nationwide store network.

Core Responsibilities

Network &amp; Infrastructure Administration

<ul>
	<li>Directly manage and optimize the company's Networking infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime.</li>
	<li>Expert-level administration of Sophos Firewalls, ISP links, and secure wireless connectivity across all branches</li>
	<li>Oversee NAS (Network Attached Storage) setup, configuration, and data redundancy.</li>
</ul>

Retail Systems Architecture

<ul>
	<li>Act as the primary administrator for Retail Pro and Barter POS/BXI systems.</li>
	<li>Lead the rollout of POS systems to new stores, managing both the hardware setup and the communication links (store-to-HQ and store-to-store).</li>
</ul>

Cybersecurity &amp; Access Control

<ul>
	<li>Enforce strict IT security protocols and user access controls.</li>
	<li>Manage and secure the corporate domain email and overall system health.</li>
</ul>

Regulatory &amp; Data Compliance 

<ul>
	<li>﻿﻿Ensure all POS systems are fully compliant with BIR permit applications and regulatory standards.</li>
	<li>Manage "Customer Master" data and inventory groupings within the system.</li>
</ul>

Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting

<ul>
	<li>Develop and generate critical reports (Crystal Reports/QlikView) to support departmental decision-making.</li>
