We’re looking for an HR Admin Officer who will play a key role in managing employee benefits, statutory compliance, payroll support, and HR administration. What You’ll Do

<ul>
	<li>Take ownership of employee benefits administration, including government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), HMO enrollment, health insurance, and other company-provided benefits</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit compliance reports to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements</li>
	<li>Process employee benefit registrations, updates, and terminations accurately and on time</li>
	<li>Track allowances, benefit entitlements, and maintain well-organized HR records</li>
	<li>Coordinate with government agencies, HMO providers, and external partners to resolve benefit-related concerns</li>
	<li>Support payroll operations by reviewing and validating payroll reports prepared by our outsourcing provider</li>
	<li>Monitor attendance and timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies</li>
	<li>Manage fleet administration and fixed asset monitoring</li>
	<li>Assist with foreign employee work permits, including AEP and 9G visa processing</li>
	<li>Serve as Health &amp; Safety Officer, supporting workplace safety compliance and applications</li>
	<li>Work hand-in-hand with the HR Officer and Admin Assistant to support day-to-day HR and administrative requirements</li>

Occupational Health &amp; Safety (DOLE Compliance)

	<li>Medical Response: Provide immediate first-aid and medical care for workplace injuries or illnesses, and manage the inventory of clinic medicines and supplies.</li>
	<li>OSH Reporting: Act as a core member of the Health and Safety Committee. Prepare and submit mandatory DOLE reports, including the Annual Medical Report (AMR) and Work Accident/Illness Report (WAIR).</li>
	<li>Employee Wellness: Coordinate the Annual Physical Examination (APE) process, evaluate "Fit-to-Work" clearances, and assist employees with their HMO benefits and inquiries.</li>

HR Administrative &amp; Workflow Optimization

	<li>Admin Support: Handle high-frequency administrative tasks, including the coordination of work permits and systematic document archiving, to streamline department efficiency.</li>
	<li>Procurement &amp; Office Management: Act as the administrative bridge between HR and external partners. Assist in sourcing potential suppliers, conducting initial vendor canvassing, and ensuring cost-efficient facility and supply management.</li>

Employee Engagement &amp; Training Logistics

	<li>Event Coordination: Provide "hands-on" logistical support for company-wide training sessions, wellness seminars, and engagement events, ensuring our culture-building initiatives are executed with high detail and consistency.</li>
	<li>Culture Champion: Act as an approachable point of contact for employees, bridging health, wellness, and corporate culture.</li>

Company Nurse & HR Assistant

	<li>Handles the recruitment cycle and key employee lifecycle processes to ensure timely hiring, compliant onboarding, effective exits, and accurate workforce data</li>
	<li>Ensures timely, accurate, and meaningful HR and recruitment reports for operational and transformation requirements</li>
	<li>Ensures systematic monitoring of probationary employees and timely regularization processing in accordance with company policy</li>
	<li>Supports and sustains digital transformation initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and data visibility</li>
