Sinematika Inc. is seeking a versatile Art Director to lead design across our core service areas. Our work spans video content, branding, activations, and stage design. We need a strategic creative who can deliver high-impact visual solutions for both digital and physical platforms. Core Responsibilities

Video Content: Direct the visual style and art direction for high-quality video productions, commercials, and brand campaigns.

Branding: Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities that work across digital, print, and physical spaces.

Activations &amp; Experiences: Lead the creative design for brand activations, ensuring a seamless blend of brand story and physical experience.

Stage Design: Conceptualize and oversee the visual layout, lighting, and aesthetic for event stages and physical builds.

Project Oversight: Manage the design workflow from initial mood boards to final execution, ensuring all outputs meet our quality standards.

Client Presentation: Create professional pitch decks and visual proposals that clearly articulate creative strategies and ideas to clients.

Print &amp; Layout: Oversee the design of all physical graphics, marketing materials, and environmental decor.

Art Director

Auraland Group of Companies has operation and ownership of several companies involving Mining, Swine Farming, LDPE Manufacturing, Logistics, Real Estate and soon, Hospitality mainly in Southern Philippines (Davao Region). General Civil Maintenance:

<ul>
	<li>Perform regular inspections of buildings, roads, foundations, drainage systems, retaining structures, and related infrastructure.</li>
	<li>Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for civil structures and facilities.</li>
	<li>Evaluate structural damage or wear and develop effective repair solutions.</li>
	<li>Oversee contractors and ensure adherence to safety and construction standards.</li>

Sector-Specific Duties:

<ul>
	<li>Manufacturing:</li>
	<li>Maintain and repair production floor slabs, loading docks, stormwater systems, and access roads.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to minimize downtime during civil maintenance work.</li>
	<li>Aquabio (Water Treatment/Biotech):</li>
	<li>Inspect and maintain concrete tanks, containment areas, and water treatment structures.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with environmental and water safety regulations.</li>
	<li>Assist in upgrades of water flow channels, drainage, and filtration basins.</li>
</ul>

 

Real Estate:

<ul>
	<li>Maintain buildings, parking areas, sidewalks, and landscape structures.</li>
	<li>Support refurbishment, tenant improvement projects, and HVAC/civil interface maintenance.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with building codes and local zoning regulations.</li>
</ul>

 

Mining:

<ul>
	<li>Maintain haul roads, pit infrastructure, crusher pads, drainage channels, and sediment control systems.</li>
	<li>Work in collaboration with geotechnical and environmental engineers to ensure site safety and stability.</li>
	<li>Perform risk assessments and support emergency repair during adverse weather or seismic events.</li>
</ul>

Civil Engineer

Key Duties:

<ul>
	<li>Deliver mine plans and schedules for execution by the COO for all production, production support, construction and dump leach / concentrator feed;</li>
	<li>Ensure that Operations Foremen are satisfactorily informed with regard to short and medium term needs to execute the mine plan, including maintaining a suitable 'go to' engineer for all areas - production, ore and wall control, survey, drill and blast, planning, tunnel design, etc;</li>
	<li>Establish weekly and four-weekly schedules highlighting key activities and milestones. Coordinate the Department plans to ensure compatibility and suitable contingencies to achieve safe production targets;</li>
	<li>Establish and maintain a mine planning system, using suitable fit for purpose software, to integrate geological resource models, survey data, optimized tunnel design, productivity trends, process recoveries to accurately and timely plan mining sequences, development phases and required production targets;</li>
	<li>Provide a support for operations dispatchers in publishing and disseminating reports. Ensure such data is effectively used in mine planning, improvement projects and timely analysis of opportunities;</li>
	<li>Coordinate and supervise Contractors and Consultants as required, including geotechnical, blasting, software, budget / audit experts;</li>
	<li>Close liaison with production and maintenance personnel to ensure production schedules are agreed and adhered to;</li>
	<li>Develop, maintain and improve area and work standards and procedures. Lead and coach subordinates in this process;</li>
	<li>Develop a culture of continuous improvement measures in each production area and promote action around delivering targets. Lead and provide feedback on projects;</li>
	<li>Work as part of a team to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives and procedures; and</li>
	<li>Provide leadership for subordinate staff, including activities such as preparing work schedules, preparing job descriptions and assigning specific duties and tasks.</li>
	<li>Provide detailed and accurate reports to the COO, as needed</li>
