Vision:
We are the Philippines’ leading innovative real estate developer serving the upscale market.

Mission:
We strive to elevate our customers’ quality of life through innovative real estate solutions in vibrant growth centers all over the Philippines.

We act responsibly with integrity, accountability, and total commitment.

We achieve excellence through passion, focus, and foresight.

Customer Profile
Alveo Land’s target market, in general, are those individuals belonging to the AA through lower A socio-economic brackets with a monthly household income of PH₱200k to PH₱500k (US$3.9k to US$9.7k).

They are upscale urban achievers, single or married, and in their 30s to 50s. They should be able to afford a monthly amortization
of around PH₱75k (US$1.4k) per month for a typical Alveo product. They are usually young to mid-aged aspiring married couples, at the progressive stages of their careers or entrepreneurial business life. Their life stage could be defined as “early to full-nester”
with children in primary or secondary school. They are an upwardly mobile group whose lives revolve around their family and work, who value good careers and social prospects, and who are imageconscious, yet practical in their investments. Real estate purchases are considered very carefully, and image coupled with good investment value and value for money is a primary consideration. Subsequent in their hierarchy of importance is security, followed by accessibility and proximity to their places of work and/or places of education, depending on the school age of the kids. Their holidays and weekends are spent shopping, so proximity to commercial centers and leisure destinations, is highly desirable.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
With foresight brought about by many successful years in the industry, the Philippines’ leading real estate developer, Ayala Land, Inc.
conceived a company dedicated to building homes that answer the needs of a rapidly expanding market— the urban achievers.
Five Corners Ventures Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, was incorporated in the Philippines and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 29 September 1995. Operating at the 10th Floor of the Ayala Life-FGU Building, Madrigal Business Park in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, the company began to play a strategic role in revolutionizing the way communities are created.

By 26 February 2002, while in the planning stage of its very first development and with approval of its Board of Directors, the company
took on the name Community Innovations, Inc. (CII). The SEC approved the change in the company’s name on 08 March 2002. It was a move that reinforced the company’s commitment to providing specially-designed
living environments for the unique needs of its discerning market.

Along with the new name was a prominent new office address –the 18th floor of Tower One & Exchange Plaza, Ayala Avenue
in Makati City, the Philippines’ premier business and financial hub. Community Innovations officially opened its door for commercial operations on 01 March 2002, and since then, evolved into one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the country.
As the company’s dedication to its customers deepened, the qualities that defined it as a real estate company had likewise risen to a whole new level – sharper foresight, unparalleled excellence and total commitment.

To mark this milestone, on 23 July 2008, the company changed its name from Community Innovations to one that reaches out to a wider aspect of living, Alveo Land Corp. Alveo, derived from the Latin word salveo, means “to be well.” As a company, Alveo Land doesn’t just find the means to build the most innovative homes; it looks for ways to make you live well.
For the past 15 years, Alveo Land has proudly built and sustained not only well-designed developments, but also flourishing neighborhoods. Alveo has delivered over 36 signature communities across the country, among them, Two Serendra, High Street South Corporate Plaza, Senta, Venare NUVALI,
The Columns Legazpi Village, Ametta Place, and Kasa Luntian– all superior developments bearing the mark of Alveo Land’s expertise and passion for innovation. On 31 March 2014, Alveo Land moved to its brand new home
at the ALVEO Corporate Center in Bonifacio Global City, creating a brand new focal point for leading-edge lifescape and workscape concepts in the Philippines.
