Customer Profile
Alveo Land’s target market, in general, are those individuals belonging to the AA through lower A socio-economic brackets with a monthly household income of PH₱200k to PH₱500k (US$3.9k to US$9.7k). 

They are upscale urban achievers, single or married, and in their 30s to 50s. They should be able to afford a monthly amortization
of around PH₱75k (US$1.4k) per month for a typical Alveo product. They are usually young to mid-aged aspiring married couples, at the progressive stages of their careers or entrepreneurial business life. Their life stage could be defined as “early to full-nester”
with children in primary or secondary school. They are an upwardly mobile group whose lives revolve around their family and work, who value good careers and social prospects, and who are imageconscious, yet practical in their investments. Real estate purchases are considered very carefully, and image coupled with good investment value and value for money is a primary consideration. Subsequent in their hierarchy of importance is security, followed by accessibility and proximity to their places of work and/or places of education, depending on the school age of the kids. Their holidays and weekends are spent shopping, so proximity to commercial centers and leisure destinations, is highly desirable.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
With foresight brought about by many successful years in the industry, the Philippines’ leading real estate developer, Ayala Land, Inc.

The Fabrication Research and Equipment Officer will manage the SOSE Fabrication Laboratory, support the Innovation Design Engineering program, and aid in research initiatives within the university, especially in the design and development of experimental setups. This position combines technical expertise with a focus on collaborative research, facilitating the design and fabrication of innovative research setups. The officer will ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of advanced fabrication equipment, including 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, and PCB etching tools. Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards will be essential to minimize risks associated with equipment use. The officer will collaborate with faculty and students to assist in the design and development of experimental setups and prototypes for research projects. The Technical Sales Representative for Industrial Chemicals ensures the effective and efficient promotion, marketing, and sale of selected GOLDMÜNZEN, INC. products that cater primarily to the construction, coatings, and printing ink industries. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the general and technical information of the products and principals of GOLDMÜNZEN.

2. Promote awareness of the product to targeted customers thru regular visits and other means.

3. Be updated with the product, technical and market trends that could possibly impact the nature of the business.

4. Competently answer customer inquiries by providing relevant information regarding GOLDMÜNZEN’S products.

5. Ensure smooth coordination between the GOLDMÜNZEN office and the customers regarding the latter’s current needs and emerging requirements.

6. Manage the current customer base and actively seek new prospects.

7. Assist in the conduct and analysis of results of GOLDMÜNZEN’s annual customer satisfaction survey.

8. Contribute in the Industrial Chemicals Team’s drafting of regular sales target and ensure that these are met.

9. Submit a weekly performance report to the Company President.

The Quality Control Manager &amp; Auditor is responsible for overseeing the quality inspection process across all stages of garment production while ensuring that internal standards and client specifications are consistently met. This hybrid role involves managing the daily activities of quality inspectors and independently auditing the production and quality systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.

What you’ll do:

<ul>
	<li>Supervise and guide quality control inspectors across cutting, embro, printing, sewing, finishing and other processes (like embel etc), to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.</li>
	<li>Check fabric, trim and other production material inspection reports highlighting any potential problem to the Purchasers and Merchandisers for them to communicate any issues with the suppliers.</li>
	<li>Ensure to conduct and schedule PP Meeting with Sewing Subcon on time for their feed on date together with Coors.</li>
	<li>Ensure to conduct in-line and final inspection aligning with production critical path making sure to prioritize according to agreed launch date to evaluate product quality and compliance with buyer specifications.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols.</li>
	<li>Monitor real-time quality issues and provide immediate corrective actions while coordinating it to the Technical Quality Manager for appropriate preventive action.</li>
	<li>Independently audit factory processes, documentation, and finished goods for internal quality reviews.</li>
	<li>Generate audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) together with Technical Quality Manager.</li>
	<li>Train and mentor new and existing QC staff on inspection techniques, quality standards, and reporting.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and non-conformities for reporting and analysis.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with production, technical and merchandising teams to resolve recurring quality concerns.</li>
	<li>Ensure all products meet legal, brand, and client quality requirements before shipment.</li>
	<li>Review entire in-house and Roving QC set up and check workload against headcount to determine cost effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Set up QC KPI and conduct periodic review of people’s performance, ensure they meet the target KPI on quality and quantity.</li>
	<li>Ensure that Counter and Top Samples are checked on time and comments are sent to Subcon on time</li>
	<li>Spot check / review of counter and reference sample together with Evaluator and highlight potential issue(s).</li>
	<li>Review quality systems and procedures (in-house and Subcon) and make sure they are implemented.</li>
	<li>Reduces RSS by continuous communication with RQC and Subcon on high rejection rate contributors.</li>
	<li>Oversee the proper receipt and documentation of all incoming items delivered to the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li>
	<li>Coordinate the transfer of items that successfully pass quality inspection to the Finished Goods Warehouse in a timely and organized manner.</li>
	<li>Assess items that require repair and determine the appropriate course of action—either returning them to the factory or facilitating in-house repairs. Items deemed irreparable or unfit for timely shipment must be classified accordingly as Class B or damaged.</li>
	<li>Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of item statuses and classifications. Collaborate closely with quality control, production, and logistics teams to ensure proper handling, accountability, and traceability of all items.</li>
	<li>Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring tasks are complementary without redundancy</li>
