I. Frontline and Administrative Support

	<li>To lead and/ or work with the audit team in a fast learning environment to conduct financial, operational, and/ or compliance audits</li>

Senior Corporate Auditor

This position is responsible for managing daily/weekly bank reconciliations activities by identifying differences between the cash balance and the bank balance, including Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and month-end closing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>SAP countries or small/medium sized countries</li>
	<li>SAP: 2-3 countries; S2K 1-2 countries</li>
	<li>Manage cash flow and bank balance of the 3M Subsidiaries</li>
	<li>Execute Inter Company fund transfer between 3M treasury center, when needed</li>
	<li>Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of transactions, analysis, reconciliations and reporting (Target Monthly SLA is 95% and target operational metrics is zero for open reconciling items)</li>
	<li>Work closely with various relevant processes to perform daily reconciliation of open items</li>
	<li>Follows defined Standard Operating Procedure and GFS policy using basic judgment and is expected to offer solutions in handling different activities and issues.</li>
	<li>Perform the month-end close activities for Bank Reconciliation process</li>
	<li>Responsible for timely balance sheet account reconciliation</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance to global financial standards and internal controls specific to AR Process.</li>
	<li>Participate in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc and provide necessary requirements as needed</li>
