We’re looking for an Event Marketing Specialist who wants to help build — and scale — some of the most respected B2B events in the Philippine tech ecosystem.

Tasks

<ul>
	<li>You’ll work closely with the Event Marketing Manager and Integrated Marketing team to plan, execute, and continuously improve Sprout’s events portfolio.</li>
	<li>Event strategy &amp; execution:</li>
</ul>

<ol>
	<li>Support the development of event marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with business and brand goals.</li>
	<li>Help execute both owned and sponsored events, from intimate roundtables to large-scale conferences and webinars.</li>
	<li>Assist in pre-event, live event, and post-event planning — ensuring smooth execution and great attendee experience.</li>
</ol>

<ul>
	<li>Brand, content &amp; partnerships:</li>
</ul>

<ol>
	<li>Collaborate with marketing teammates on event-related content, messaging, and distribution.</li>
	<li>Help maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors, contributing to messaging and activation ideas.</li>
	<li>Ensure all event collaterals reflect Sprout’s brand standards and positioning</li>
</ol>

<ul>
	<li>Operations &amp; performance:</li>
</ul>

<ol>
	<li>Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure best practices are followed.</li>
	<li>Track event performance and help generate reports on attendance, engagement, and lead impact.</li>
	<li>Participate in competitor and industry event audits to continuously raise the bar.</li>

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

<ul>
	<li>Develop a structured approach to test, measure, and optimize all aspects of paid marketing campaigns.</li>
	<li>Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.</li>
	<li>Continuously optimize campaigns for cost-effectiveness and performance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.</li>
	<li>Lead in developing KPIs and projections that accurately portray the objectives of each platform.</li>
</ul>

Paid Media Management:

<ul>
	<li>Plan, set up, and optimize paid media campaigns (search, display, social media, programmatic, etc.) to maximize performance and meet key business objectives.</li>
	<li>Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads and social media advertising such as Meta, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok), ensuring efficient budget allocation and execution.</li>
	<li>Conduct marketplace ads specialization and A/B and multivariate testing as needed</li>
	<li>Integrate media campaigns with promotions and distribution pushes (distribution includes media campaigsn related to offline distribution efforts too, not just online).</li>
	<li>Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximize traffic and conversions.</li>
</ul>

Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:

<ul>
	<li>Analyze and report on performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify optimization opportunities.</li>
	<li>Creation and use of dashboards and reports on performance</li>
	<li>Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.</li>
	<li>Create detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis, and recommend strategies for improvement.</li>
	<li>Main point person for data tracking and attribution ownership</li>
</ul>

Budget Management:

<ul>
	<li>Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and platforms to achieve desired results.</li>
	<li>Monitor spending, track performance against targets, and adjust strategies to stay within budget while maximizing impact.</li>
</ul>

Lead Generation &amp; Conversion Optimization:

<ul>
	<li>Focus on lead generation campaigns, working to optimize conversion rates through landing page testing, funnel optimization, and strategic messaging.</li>
	<li>Implement retargeting strategies to engage users who have interacted with the brand and drive them further down the funnel.</li>
</ul>

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

<ul>
	<li>Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure performance marketing efforts align with overall brand strategy and goals.</li>
</ul>

Market Research &amp; Trend Analysis:

<ul>
	<li>Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, performance marketing best practices, and new technologies.</li>
	<li>Lead and conduct creative testing leadership as needed</li>
	<li>Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for performance improvement.</li>
	<li>Regularly review analytics and adjust strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.</li>
