SG APAC, Inc.

Trainers are expected to engage both new and current designers to plan time and activities to ensure the achievement of SG Interactive’s established goals and objectives within our design agency.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Create, manage and deliver new hire design training to ensure success in our Creative division.</li>
	<li>Create, maintain and deliver training documents that continue to support new hire design training.</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities and develop and implement ‘Training Action Plans’.</li>
	<li>Develop monthly, weekly and daily execution plans.</li>
	<li>Discover any opportunities in our Creative department based on metrics, feedback and performance.</li>
	<li>Develop improved training collateral and methodologies to drive improved performance within the Creative team.</li>
	<li>Act as a point of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and support any training initiative.</li>
	<li>Serve as an information resource for, and liaison between, the field and the SG Interactive’s management by communicating issues, opportunities and market intelligence through effective written, electronic and verbal means.</li>

Design Trainer

Creative Managers report to the Director of Creative Development, who relies on Creative Managers to oversee the design team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Design Team Training/Mentorship

<ul>
	<li>Manage and train design team members to achieve department objectives.</li>
	<li>Brainstorm, suggest, critique, and demonstrate design and layout concepts that are in accordance with SlideGenius design standards and client expectations.</li>
	<li>Clearly communicate with client and internal feedback and edits.</li>
	<li>Adhere to and educate others on client and/or internal branding guidelines.</li>
	<li>Coordinate, enforce, and develop training programs, policies, and procedures.</li>
	<li>Keep abreast of industry trends for continuous improvement within the team.</li>
	<li>Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive team culture that fosters creativity and professional growth.</li>
	<li>Assess organizational needs/trends for training opportunities.</li>
</ul>

Performance Management

<ul>
	<li>Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and determine coaching needs.</li>
	<li>Conduct consistent and effective 1on1 meetings.</li>
	<li>Develop personal growth opportunities for direct reports.</li>
	<li>Communicate job expectations and appraise job results.</li>
	<li>Coach, counsel, and provide feedback to employees.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement performance plans and update supporting documentation.</li>

Administrative

<ul>
	<li>Contribute to meetings/events.</li>
	<li>Review potential design team applicants, conduct interviews, and provide feedback.</li>

	<li>Conduct actual measurements of roof prior to mobilization and compare to them to plan.</li>
	<li>Supervise and monitor ongoing projects, manage installation of materials, and ensure goals are achieved as planned, including weekly progress evaluation of projects.</li>
	<li>Attend all project coordination meetings on site and act as a liaison between Kawara, the Sub-Contractor, and the Owner/Owner Representative.</li>
	<li>Arrange for delivery of materials on site in accordance to plans, specifications, and time tables.</li>
