Your responsibilities, supported by the Head of Bookkeeping and Administration Services, will include:

	<li>Providing general bookkeeping services (such as processing transactions for sales and receivables, expenses and payments, payroll, accruals and other adjustments, reconciliations, end-of-month and end-of-year journals using accounting software), as required by the client;</li>
	<li>Assisting in managing payments and cash flows;</li>
	<li>Providing job costing and administration support services such as liaising with debtors and suppliers regarding outstanding debts, off-site office management and support tasks as required by the client;</li>
	<li>Setting up/revising a company’s chart of accounts;</li>
	<li>Compliance reporting; and</li>
	<li>Preparing accrual-based financial statements.</li>

	<li>Directly manage and coordinate concerns with our companies key customers</li>
	<li>Handle customer inquiries and support requests for our proprietary learning management system Cast LMS. Train customers on how to use our system.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with our engineering team to resolve requests and build new product features that solve customer problems</li>
	<li>Coordinate with both the customer and our instructional content production team to help them produce custom e-learning courses for our customers</li>
	<li>Conducts research and generates qualified leads segregated according to industry based on the ideal target market</li>
	<li>Contribute to a growing technology team in building a world-class product</li>
	<li>Learn the basics of programming (mentorship and training will be provided to non-programmers)</li>
	<li>Work setup is mostly work from home but some tasks may require you to report to office</li>
