○ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview coordination.

● Compliance:

● Data Management: 

○ Maintain and update HR databases and records. 

○ Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

The Recruitment Specialist role is responsible for providing the end-to-end Recruitment needs of the Recruitment team as a whole, and ensuring that we consistently supply our pipeline with quality potential talents by scrubbing through different hiring channels and platforms for such candidates.

Responsibilities:

	<li>Conduct initial interviews to shortlists of qualified candidates</li>
	<li>Facilitate Online Assessment</li>
	<li>Endorse candidates to the following recruitment process and ensure they are scheduled accordingly</li>

	<li>Ensure New Hire's completion of pre-employment requirements</li>
	<li>Nurture and build good relationships with prospective candidates from screening to the hiring stage, and make sure that candidates' churn rate is at a very minimal</li>
	<li>Facilitate calibration sessions for new roles</li>
	<li>Process HR related tasks</li>
	<li>Experience in using Greenhouse is a PLUS</li>
