Business Operations Intern for FlowerStore PH  

As a Business Operations Intern at FlowerStore PH, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our major seasonal campaigns, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. You will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination while helping ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience.

The intern will be expected to do the following tasks:

• Support end-to-end operations for Valentine’s and Mother’s Day campaigns, ensuring smooth planning, fulfillment, and execution.
• Streamline workflows by identifying bottlenecks, proposing process improvements, and helping implement operational enhancements.
• Assist in managing operational hubs, including manpower coordination, performance monitoring, and daily task alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing) to ensure aligned and timely execution of campaign activities.
• Prepare daily reports and track key operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Document SOPs, workflows, and post-campaign learnings for future optimization and reference.
• Help onboard and coordinate temporary staff and partners to ensure capacity readiness during peak seasons.
• Support quality control checks and assist in incident escalation, issue tracking, and resolution.

Duration: 4 months (18 weeks)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible schedule; 9 hours/day including 1-hour lunch break)

Setup: Full On-site
