Job Description
- You will be handling our Delivery business using zennya tech to control and coordinate a pool of 100 drivers.
- You will take ownership to define and implement process improvements in our system.
- You will work closely with our Devs team. No need code knowledge but SQL is a big plus.
- You will be creating models to analyze delivery performance.
- You will run reports every week to make decisions.
- You will be part of a top team formed by top Ops Specialist.
- You will be reporting directly to the COO.
Minimum Qualifications
- Totally crazy asking yourself "why" to capture improvements;
- Top communication skills is a must in a non meetings company;
- Excellent problem-solving skills to improve our tech every single day;
- Data driven mindset is also a must;
- Deep knowlegde about Metro Manila in terms of areas and traffic is a big plus. Even have been worked as a driver/rider;
- Knowdlegde about Financial Statements will help;
- Feel confortable in a high preausse environment but enoumous potential opportunity to learn and grow.
