Job Description
Prepares accurately and promptly all sales documents like Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Sample Issuance Receipt to document the sales transactions.
Essential Functions:
- Receives order slip from Sales Personnel and forwards to Manager for approval.
- Encodes the particulars of Sales Invoice to system in preparetion of Sales Invoice, Sample Issuance Receipt and Delivery Receipt.
- Forwards the Sales Invoice to Store Cashier for preparation of Official Receipt as requested.
- Coordinates and forwards the sales documents to Stock Releasing Clerk for releasing of items.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Business or any related course
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Exposure in high volume encoding is an advantage
- Computer proficient
