Store Manager | Chinese Speaking  

Store Operations Management:

• Manages the daily activities and operations of the store which includes the planning out of the work assignments, assigning the specific duties of members, and conduct employee performance review.
• Oversees inventory of the whole store which may involve the counting or checking of stocks, reconciling of cash with sales receipt, keeping store transaction records and ordering merchandise and stock when necessary.
• Ensures that the store personnel comply with the store’s security, sales and record taking practices and procedures.
• Practice and maintains great customer service and deals with all issues that arise from staff or customers
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Has proven successful experience in Store Management
• Strong leadership skills and business orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can converse in Chinese
