ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Rate Manager to expand its successful business.

Job Summary:

The Rate Manager will fuel the growth of the company by developing and executing an effective dynamic pricing strategy of ZEN Portfolio properties. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, learn strategies and tools used by the market to drive online sales, oversee competition, and come up with effective strategies that will maximize sales of both ZEN and our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying wherever rate parity is compromised on third party OTAs and taking relevant action and reporting.
• Tracking that all third party OTAs are live for properties.
• Maintaining promotional parity wrt direct rates wherever applicable and reporting it to revenue management and marketing.

Academic and Work Experience:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Statistics, and other business-related courses.
• Mailchimp experience is preferred

• Able to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment, specifically learning and understanding back end tools quickly
• Analytical and has a problem-solving attitude
• Competent to work under pressure and deliver tasks in a required timeline

Skill Sets

• Should be good with analyzing numbers and reporting
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Creative and has great communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
