- Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to identify and qualify customer opportunities related to cloud infrastructure, modernization, and migration.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, assess IT environments, and propose suitable cloud solutions.
- Design and present cloud architectures and hybrid solutions leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and solution documentation, aligning technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops for enterprise clients.
- Partner with delivery and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with project scope.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and architecture diagrams for client engagements.
- Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies, market trends, and best practices to strengthen pre-sales capabilities.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to bid management with detailed technical input.
- Work with vendors (Microsoft, AWS, etc.) and internal teams for solution validation, pricing, and technical partnership alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or cloud consulting.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (VMs, Networking, Storage, App Services, Azure AD, etc.) or AWS equivalents.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
- Experience working on solution proposals, RFPs, and technical bid submissions.
- Certification in Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect is highly preferred.
