- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows) and RPA tools to streamline business processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and document automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Utilize AI Builder and Power Automate Desktop for intelligent automation involving OCR, form recognition, and document processing.
- Build custom connectors, APIs, and integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
- Implement best practices in RPA design, version control, error handling, and process monitoring.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to standards.
- Maintain automation solutions post-deployment, providing troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancement support.
- Develop and document reusable components, frameworks, and templates for automation projects.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data governance policies are applied to all automation workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automation development, with at least 2 years focused on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA), UI flows, or other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse integration.
- Experience in building APIs, web services, or custom connectors.
- Familiarity with AI Builder, Azure Logic Apps, and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
