- Creates and maintains project documentation, such as plans and reports.
- Defines the entire plan for the project, design, and control project schedule.
- Constantly look for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
- Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
- Manages client relationships and expectations for the duration of the project.
- Handles change management and manage project issues on time.
- Proactively identify risks & risk mitigation to improve project success.
- Handles multiple projects simultaneously (in most cases).
- Builds and manages project teams, reports to the project sponsor, and ensures quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Presents oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
- Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Professional.
- Experience in projects following SDLC methodologies (Waterfall).
- Experience in web and mobile application development.
- Experience working in collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- In-depth knowledge in the following:
- Project Management
- Resource Management
- Skills:
- Must have time management, and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Must have interpersonal and leadership skills, risk management, and client interfacing.
- Must have a passion for new consumer technology and the emerging mobile landscape.
- Must have scoping and estimation skills.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team.
- Ability to organize and manage a small project development team.
- Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment.
