Job Description

• Perform detailed assessment and documentation of existing Cisco CUCM/Unity infrastructure, call flows, and dial plans.

• Support Direct Routing design activities including SBC configuration, SIP trunking, and global voice policy alignment.

• Work closely with onshore leadership to prepare migration roadmap and execution plans.

• Assist in Teams voice enablement, testing, user onboarding, and post-migration hypercare.

• Maintain logs, issue trackers, and reporting for migration progress and dependencies.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, and PSTN integration.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone System, voice policies, and SIP protocols.

• Familiarity with call quality troubleshooting and QoS network requirements.

• Experience in enterprise telephony transformations in multi-region environments.

Primary Skills:

Cisco Telephony to Microsoft Teams Migration Specialist.

Shift Schedule: 2PM to 12AM PHT

Work Set up [Hybrid/WFH/RTO]: Hybrid / Twice-a-week In-Office setup.

Location (During onsite): Uptown 3

Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, and PSTN integration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone System, voice policies, and SIP protocols.
Familiarity with call quality troubleshooting and QoS network requirements.
Experience in enterprise telephony transformations in multi-region environments.
