Full Stack Developer  

Responsibilities:

Web Development:

• Maintain scalable, user-friendly web applications using the latest web technologies, frameworks, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and content creators, to implement and customize CMS themes and templates.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security.

Marketing Integration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of web applications and CMS with marketing initiatives.
• Implement tracking mechanisms, such as analytics tags and conversion pixels, to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on the implementation of marketing automation systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

On-Page SEO Optimization:

• Implement comprehensive on-page SEO audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in on-page SEO optimization, implementing new strategies as needed.

Technical SEO Support:

• Collaborate with the SEO team to understand technical requirements for optimal search engine visibility.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact organic search performance, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.
• Implement SEO-friendly URL structures, redirects, and canonical tags.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications developed using CMS platforms like WordPress and other popular CMS.
• Deep understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Proficiency in customizing and extending CMS themes, templates, and plugins.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding solutions to complex challenges.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies, and a strong understanding of how web development integrates with marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO optimization techniques and best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush) to analyze and measure SEO performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
