- Assisting with day-to-day operations concerning HR functions and duties.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Junior Supervisor.
- Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure validity and accuracy.
- Data entry of time records in the payroll software.
- Preparing and distributing of payslips.
- Assisting in payroll processing.
- Proper handling of employee's payroll-related issues.
- Perform other management mandated tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant is an advantage but not required.
- Fast computer typing skills (Windows app).
- Excellent data entry, data cleaning and math skills.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with HRMS.
- Basic knowledge of Worker's Statutory Monetary Benefits.
- Good communication skills.
- Multi-tasker and can work under pressure.
- Ability to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
- Strong sense of integrity.
