Integrated Communications Account Strategist  

The Integrated Communications Account Strategist will take an important role in directing the company’s growth trajectory through driving brand awareness and sales growth. Successful candidate for the role will have to dream, create and produce the brand voice and key narratives for multiple brands for internal and external clients. He/She is knowledgeable in researching audience profiles to find what they’re interested in, their pain points, how they like to be communicated with, and the best channels to communicate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies for clients in Australia, New Zealand, the US and UK for multiple B2B and B2C brands ensuring continued sales growth
• Provide leadership, strategic direction and overall management of internal and external clients brands’ voice
• Lead researching and writing content in line with company’s business objectives
• Manage editorial calendars for multiple brands
• Source where to find hot trends in content
• Effectively use social channels for multiple brand awareness campaigns
• Create detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Track and measure ROI on contents

• College graduate of any course
• At least 7 years of writing experience in the full scope of writing and brand analysis
• Expert in understanding the full breadth of inventing and generating a brand voice
• Strong editing, sub-editing, and proofreading experience
• Comfortable in working with top management
• Expert in the online and offline customer journey and mapping the touchpoints
• Knowledgeable in web and social media analytics
• Experienced working with sales teams and know how to bridge the gap between marketing and sales
