Job Description
Customer Support responsibilities include addressing customer queries such as but not limited to product and status inquiry, payment confirmation, and shipping notification. As a Customer Support, you’ll also be assisting customers with manually creating orders from social media requests, as well as handle customer complaints regarding products and customer’s orders. To be successful in this role, you should be a great communicator and be able to multitask across different task types and tools (CRM, Google Sheets, e-commerce platform).
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and respectful manner, via email and chat
- Be a liaison between the design team and customers regarding clarifications on customer requests
- Update internal task trackers accurately based on the query of the customer
- Provide assistance to internal teams in processing customer orders such is order line-up, quality check and other ad hoc requests
- Monitor customer complaints on email and social media and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
- Gather customer feedback and share with appropriate teams
Minimum Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform/s is a plus but not required
