Primarily responsible for the smooth flowing of the raw materials supply of the production Department. He must ensure the purchasing of necessary materials required by the production schedules and the materials meet the organization quality standard thru the assistance of our Quality Assurance officer and Raw materials Section Receiver Personnel.
- Prepare job order (job ticket) and material requisition (material order)
- Organized and maintain an up to date bills of materials from time to time
- Shall maintain a workflow procedure from the job scheduler section, Material usage clerk to ensure that usage reports of material shall be used to cross check the bills of materials
- Prepare a one-year material requisition of the production base on the sales order projection.
- Organize the delivery date of all materials required by the production
- Create and maintain an inventory schedule by watching trends and customer demands to ensure sufficient manufacturing materials
- Regularly monitor the inventory report of the raw materials
- Regularly cross check the production schedules to avoid deficient/non-conforming material issue
- Provide analysis on supplier performance in terms of its capacity to provide the production requirements
- In charge in all outsourced service such as printing Services and Coating Services
- Perform Duties assign from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-years graduate of business or Engineering Graduate
- At least 1-year experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
