- Maintains daily and monthly files of deposits and prepares entries required for month end.
- May order and maintain inventories and organize office supplies.
- Assists in other departments or with other duties as required.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or Equivalent
- 1-year working experience specializing in bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Maintains daily and monthly files of deposits and prepares entries required for month end.
- Able to perform at a competent level in all aspects of the position.
- Must be pleasant, helpful, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and courteous in dealing with co-workers.
