Job Description
Customer Support and Assistance
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with walk-in or phone call customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
- Assist in ensuring that the product and service presentation area is clean and organized
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Write Contact details of customer and record everything discussed, their needs and what we can offer
Issuance of Job Orders and Sample Requests
- Fills up the details of the project in the form for sales executives, ensuring that it is complete and detailed enough for sampling and production
- All forms must be with the approval of General Manager
- Once a form is complete, forward it to Accounts for approval and distribution
Coordination Support between Sales executive and respective teams
- Support sales executives by making sure there are no delays in sampling and production (Ex. This can be done by communicating with respective teams, preparation of existing samples for clients)
- Monitor status of sampling and production
Sales Performance, Costing and Profitability
- Monitor sales performance of each sales executive
- Prepare and monitor overall sales of sales team
- Compute costings and profitability for each project
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess at least a College Degree
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field in Sales and Marketing
- Fluent in both English and Filipino language
- Competencies: problem-solving, interpersonal, telemarketing, good organization and communication, numerical, MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
