Job Description

Data Sourcing and Management

  • Sourcing exact contact details of potential client and market lead decision makers
  • Prepare, write and target a list of potential clients monthly
  • Send company profile, letter of intent, proposals through email
  • Confirm if potential client received the email and assess if there is an interest for availing product and services
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings (If needed)

Sales Meetings

  • Conduct research about target client and prepare necessary sales and marketing materials for target clients
  • Set for meeting
  • Demonstrate and present products and services (if needed)
  • Explore opportunities with client by finding out what they need and position Kairos as the best choice for them
  • Get to know the customer and establish strategic relationship

Sales Proposals

  • Create presentations based on the client requirements
  • Coordinate with the respective teams to generate proposals

Sales Conversion

  • Establish new business accounts
  • Negotiate win-win deals
  • Maintain profitability

Client Coordination

  • Maintaining accurate and professional coordination records with clients
  • Be the coordinator between clients and operations team from contract to completion of project
  • Manage accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess at least a College Degree
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field in Sales and Marketing
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino language
  • Competencies: problem-solving, interpersonal, telemarketing, good leadership, commercial awareness, numerical, research, MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Malabon City
