Job Description
- Brainstorm possible learning programs in collaboration with Training and Development team.
- Design and develop learning programs through proper selection of learning objectives, learning methodologies, and learning evaluation tools.
- Conduct extensive research studies and assessment needed for program development.
- Create learning program materials (i.e. Powerpoint presentations, learning tools and workbooks).
- Document and assess program during implementation.
- Improve learning program content based on the points for improvement.
- Execution of other special assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in course development
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Critical thinking skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Competent in workload management
- Open to change
- Computer literate
