JOB OBJECTIVE
- Provide customer service support via phone and email related to insurance claims.
- Pro-actively coordinate the onboarding process of auto claims and act as a liaison by making outgoing calls and emails to ensure all parties involved have what they need to fulfill their part in the claims cycle.
- Ensure all interactions made with clients and other affiliates are logged into the system accurately and in a timely manner for proper documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 2 to 3 years work experience in customer service; handling a US account.
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- Good speaking skills in English.
- Background in auto claims, other types of insurance or knowledge in cars are a plus.
- Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.
