Job Description
CRM Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms and systems, including
CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
● Serve as super-user and product evangelist for the CRM tool and a variety of
other digital tools
● Create default campaigns, automations and coach the marketing teams
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
marketing technologies
● Analyze and report on marketing data to provide insights and recommendations
for continuous improvement
● Set standards for campaign analytics and monitoring the activities of the
marketing team
● Lead training sessions for team members on new and existing marketing
technologies and tools
● Translate the marketing requirements to a technology implementation
● Work closely with the IT team and developers
● Main contact for marketing tool suppliers
● Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices,
and apply them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
● Bachelor degree in computer science or in marketing/business.
● The candidate should have a background working for a CRM tool provider, a
CRM agency or digital marketing agency. Alternatively in the marketing solutions
team or as a Business Analyst for marketing.
● iGaming experience, ideally in real-money gambling
● A general expertise with a wide variety of marketing software, including CRM
platforms, marketing automation platforms, mass communication tools (email,
SMS, IVR), analytics tools and CMS
● Experience with XtremePush, FastTrack or similar is a plus
● Strong understanding of data analytics
● Proven track record in project management
● Ability to gather the business requirements to justify a particular piece of
marketing software
● Familiarity with web development technologies
● Working smoothly under pressure, with communication that should be equally
effective with IT, marketing, and management
● Experience in managing vendor relationships
● The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
