Job Description
- 1. Develop a deep understanding of our product vision and objectives and translate them into a clear and actionable backend product strategy. Identify key opportunities for backend improvements to enhance product performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to create and prioritize the backend roadmap. Define clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines to guide the development process. Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Create strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including the dev team, UX, QA, operations, legal and third-party vendors. Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure smooth execution of backend initiatives and timely delivery of high-quality products, such as game deployments and back-- office-related initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on BO technologies, architectures, and best practices. Provide guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance. Help resolve technical challenges and make trade-offs as needed to achieve project goals.
- Championing the Terragon BO product vision and roadmap internally and externally. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for backend initiatives. Act as a spokesperson for the backend product, presenting updates and insights to stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor backend performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Drive initiatives to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability over time. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our backend infrastructure competitive and innovative.
- Work on BAUs such as settling billing for third-party programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in I-gaming is a plus!
- At least 3 years work experience as a Product Manager
- Working on site in Pasig Ortigas is a must
- Good to execellent communication skills, with background or expeience on working or collaborating with foriegn counterparts or clients.
