Telesales Marketing (Indonesian National only) - Located and Based here in the Philippines Only
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Learn details about our product, promotions, and service offerings
- Encourage and communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Manage social media leads to bringing in customers
- Monitor potential VIP customers
- Pull out and compile customers’ data for daily calling
- Monitor customers’ behaviors in order to turn them into potential or VIP players
- Monitor VIP activities and create special lines of communication to keep in touch and convince VIP customers
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1 year of Gaming experience preferred
- 1 year of telesales marketing experienced
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Familiar with marketing tools/elements
- Based and living here in the Philippines
