Job Description
The Role

You will work in-house as part of our Human Resources team and seek out candidates who have the specific skills in company needs, such as programming skills or technical expertise. You need to putting right number of people, right kind of people at the right place, right time, doing the right things which they are suited for the achievement of the organization.
What could your day-to-day look alike?
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interview, coordinating compensation packages)
- Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
- Strategically utilize Linkedin, SmartRecruiters, Techinasia, etc to engage candidates and be proactive about exploring alternative sourcing channels
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers in the hiring process, and get feedback from the users following an interview you have arranged
- Use critical thinking, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers to make smart judgment calls that will directly impact who we hire
- Manage the man power planning by reviewing current manpower resources, forecasting future requirements and availability, and taking steps to ensure that the supply of people and skills meets demand
- Give candidates the courtesy of thorough communication and treat them with respect, and make sure every single candidate we interviewed had a positive experience until the process end
- Highly curious and asks great questions to build their business acumen will be especially successful in the role
Minimum Qualifications
You ideally have:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (in a tech recruiter capacity)
- Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of technology and technical skills for various positions
- Passionate for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
- Has wide link of candidates especially in technology positions
- Having strong communication and consultative skills since you'll often need to be a conduit between the company and candidates, ability to influence, inform, and negotiate
- Experience working on applicant tracking system, sourcing, recruiting data, and recruiting tools
- An ability to navigate ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- People-oriented and have the eagerness to learn more about other functions in HR would be preferred
- Enjoy working remotely in a fast-paced environment
