Job Description
The Store Manager will run the business by managing the day-to-day store operations that will meet the company’s sales targets and goals while executing the right policies and procedures. The role drives financial growth by building, leading and inspiring great teams to create excellent customer experience. He/she is expected to create strategies and be up to date in the retail trend to provide sustainable plans for the store.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder of any 4-year course
- With more than 3 years of work experience preferably in Retail and or Food/FMCG/Hospitality
- Effective leadership with the ability to motivate others; Influential
- Has the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly
- Maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Strong Organizational, Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Business Acumen Knowledge
- Strong Decision Making skills
- Above Average Oral and Written Communications Skills
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
