Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as the primary customer-relation support staff of TESDA;
  • Develops different Customer Relations Management (CRM) strategies/responses to serve TESDA Clientele efficiently and effectively;
  • Enhances the CRM Logging System Design and features for proper facilitation of responses on current programs and projects;
  • Analyzes, monitors and evaluates Customer feedback, queries and complaints service either through calls, short message service (SMS), e-mail and letter;
  • Provides service and assistance to potential clients/scholars of 100,000 scholarships and jobs generation projects through different platforms; and
  • Performs other tasks/functions as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Preferrably with one (1) year relevant experience, but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
