Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the primary customer-relation support staff of TESDA;
- Develops different Customer Relations Management (CRM) strategies/responses to serve TESDA Clientele efficiently and effectively;
- Enhances the CRM Logging System Design and features for proper facilitation of responses on current programs and projects;
- Analyzes, monitors and evaluates Customer feedback, queries and complaints service either through calls, short message service (SMS), e-mail and letter;
- Provides service and assistance to potential clients/scholars of 100,000 scholarships and jobs generation projects through different platforms; and
- Performs other tasks/functions as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferrably with one (1) year relevant experience, but fresh graduates are also welcome
- Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
