Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs research works on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect TESDA’s programs and projects;
- Assists in the drafting of agreements, contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommends its approval;
- Assists in the investigation and evaluation of administrative cases upon instruction from superior;
- Assists in the tracking and organizing of files containing important case documents; and,
- Performs other related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: BS Legal Management, AB Paralegal Studies, Law, Political Science or other allied courses
Experience: 1 year experience in legal work such as preparation of pleadings, legal opinions and memoranda or legal research
Training: 8 hours of training relevant to legal work, such as legal ethics, legal research and writing, or legal procedure
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Good in oral and written communications
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
- Good moral character and work ethics
- Can work under pressure
