Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the preparation of Bidding Documents;
- Assists in the preparation of Minutes of Meetings and Resolutions of the BAC;
- Assists in the sale and distribution of the bidding documents to interested bidders;
- Assists in the publication/advertisement of ITB/REI and posting of bid opportunities and awards;
- Provides administrative support to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the Technical Working Group (TWG);
- Assists in the organizing all necessary arrangements for BAC and the TWG meetings and conferences;
- Maintains files of the procurement made thru competitive bidding and other negotiated procurement;
- Assists in the monitoring of procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to Government Procurement and Policy Board (GPPB); and
- Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
- Experience: None required
- Training: None required
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

- Good in oral and written communications
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
